Born in Romania and professionally trained in Italy, Bianca Briscan is a licensed esthetician and the founder of Wink Lash Art. After years of international beauty experience, she opened Wink Lash Art in Alexandria in 2019 with a clear vision: to create highly customized lash and brow services that enhance each client’s natural features.
Bianca is known for her precision, technical knowledge, and ability to work with challenging natural lashes, including short, straight, sparse, curly, and post-chemotherapy regrowth. As a licensed cosmetologist with advanced knowledge of chemical processes, Teri carefully evaluates the condition, texture, growth pattern, and direction of each client’s natural lashes or brows. She then selects the appropriate products, processing times, shields, and techniques to create a result customized to the individual.
