The full set is the initial application, the fill service is the follow up service when we replace the outgrown or fallen extensions. In order to be consider a fill you need to still have over 30% extension still on. you can choice from our different styles: Classic individual 1D: 1 extension is applied to each natural lash resulting in a lengthened mascara look. Natural Russian Volume 2-4D: a 2-4 extensions fans is applied to 1 natural lashes resulting in a fuller but natural look. Glam Russian volume 5-7D: a 5-7 extension fan is applied to natural lash resulting in glamorous look. Mega volume 8-22D: a fan of 8-22 hand made craft fan is applied to 1 natural lash resulting in a dramatic full look.

After we finish the session you are ready to go to your routine. You will need to clean your lashes with the recommend product, let them dry or dry them with a cold air fan, brush them with he little wand. Avoid strong heat. Avoid oil and glycol products. Do not rub your eyes. If you experience any reaction, please contact your doctor immediately.

We naturally lose/shed 3-5 natural eyelashes per eye with or whiteout extensions. Some people prefer to come to 2 weeks fills and others at 3 weeks. Your retention depends of your after care regiment too.

We have several clients getting this service. Please consult with your doctor before placing an appointment. We have zero gravity chairs and tables in our facility, that helps with the comfort of our guests during the services.

We dont have reserved parking. You can park on the visitor parking or on the side roads for 2/3 hours free of charge. metered parking is very easy to find on the front and the side of the building.

Please if you can't make it to your appointment cancel at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve that time exclusively for you. In the rare case of been late please message as soon as possible. Cancellations or reschedule for less than 24 hours will be charged a 50%of the value of the service booked. *** CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ENTERED IS NOT USED TO PAY FOR YOUR SESSION. IT WILL BE CHARGED IF CANCELLING LESS THAN 24 HOURS OR IF YOU ARE A NO CALL/NO SHOW.

If you are late more than 10 minutes you will be considered a no show and be charged the no show fee.
